Winning Bids
Winning bidders will be notified after the auction closes. The highest valid bid submitted before the auction closing time will be considered the winning bid.

Payment & Ownership Transfer
Hillsong Church Netherlands & Brussels facilitates this auction solely as an intermediary platform for the promotion and collection of bids. Payment processing, ownership transfer, collection, shipping, delivery, insurance and related arrangements remain the responsibility of the artist and the successful bidder. Hillsong Church Netherlands & Brussels does not act as the seller, purchaser, agent, escrow service, or payment processor for any artwork.

Artist Donations
Artists participating in the Art for the Mission Auction have committed to donating the proceeds of their artwork sale to Heart for the Mission Offering.

Condition of Artwork
Artwork is sold as viewed and described by the artist. Questions regarding condition, framing, dimensions, authenticity, delivery arrangements or ownership should be directed to the artist following confirmation of the winning bid.

Limitation of Liability
By participating in this auction, bidders acknowledge that Hillsong Church Netherlands & Brussels bears no liability for payment disputes, delivery arrangements, damage, loss, theft, inaccuracies in artist descriptions, or contractual disputes between buyer and seller.
